Faith at Work is Beautiful!
I am so grateful to the tremendous team at Our Sunday Visitor!
The cover art just arrived for my first book, Faith at Work: Finding Purpose Beyond the Paycheck. It’s beautiful!
No one at OSV could have known, but the colors were perfect – my favorite color is blue. Just ask one of my kids. What’s Dad’s favorite color? You’ll see them roll their eyes, and say “blue, the color of Mom’s eyes.”
They’re quite right.
Writing this book has been a privilege each step of the way, and the OSV team has made it much better. As a new author, I have learned a great deal over the last year or so. OSV authors such as Brandon Vogt, Dr. Kevin Vost and Eric Sammons have really helped out too, not to mention everyone who took time to read it and provide endorsements. Thank you!
The book is now available for pre-order at http://gratefulconvert.com/ and will ship in March 2012. For those willing to place an orders now, I’m happy to send out signed copies once they’re available. I would rather do this than use another service – it honors OSV as the publisher, helps me contribute a few bucks to the Lowry education fund, and puts a couple of my kids to work helping Dad with the task of packaging and shipping books.
For all those who have contributed to this effort, thank you, I am so grateful to get to this point. This has been a labor of love that has arisen from a deep appreciation for our Lord’s love despite my unworthiness. For all willing to sacrifice the twenty bucks for the book, thank you very much as well. I hope and pray it inspires and encourages you!
